Cole Snyder came on board with the WVRLC in February of 2025, starting as our Communications Director. That summer, Cole was promoted to Executive Director.

 

Cole hails from Greenbrier County and is a Senior at West Virginia University, where he majors in Economics with a minor in Business Ethics and Prosperity. He is active on campus through various organizations and will graduate in May of 2026.

 

As executive director, Cole serves as the primary resource and consultant for the needs of the delegates. He is the primary contact and consultant as the Committee works to keep a strong Republican majority in November. Whether it be fundraising, social media, communications, research, or otherwise, Cole consistently has delivered for the delegates and the Committee. Between the primary election in May and the general election in November, Cole creates and directs committees actions as it fights to keep the Republican supermajority.

The committee does not employ any other individuals at this time.
