Trenton Barnhart is a recent graduate of the University of Charleston majoring in Political Science and History.

He was appointed in September of 2019, in District 07. He is from St. Mary’s, West Virginia, and a member of the NRA, Pleasants County Republican Committee, West Virginia Citizens Defense League, and the West Virginia Farm Bureau.

He was a former State Treasurer of the West Virginia Federation of College Republicans.
