I am a retired Professional Engineer. I have worked at the DuPont-Belle Plant, Union Carbide-South Charleston Plant, Pritchard Mining, and the last 17 years I have served as the County Engineer for Kanawha County. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have a good working knowledge and experience in government as well as the needs of both large and small businesses. I will work to fight federal mismanagement of our economy that has resulted in runaway inflation; make sure WV is energy independent with low-cost energy by utilizing our plentiful natural gas and coal; work on legislation designed to lower crime. I am endorsed by the Fraternal Order of Police, Capital City Lodge, and by the West Virginia State Chamber of Commerce.
